I just stayed here to be near Tianfu Airport and to have a free Airport drop off. My sray for 4 hours was okay. Room was clean and not smelly, but no elevator, by staff helped to carry my luggage to the second floor.

Stayed here for just 1 night since I had a 7am flight to Kashgar. The hotel is DECENT, but not great. Firstly, the front desk claimed I booked a windowless room, but the Trip.com confirmation clearly said the room included a window. I was encouraged by the front desk to upgrade to a windowed room to avoid mosquito bites, which I did and paid 20RMB for.
The room included all of the basics. Bed, TV, bathroom, bottled waters, air conditioning. The shower’s heat does not get very hot, so expect to take a lukewarm shower. They also do not provide ice, even upon request.
But I will give credit where it’s due. The hotel offers a free shuttle to the airport every 30 minutes, which is necessary because there are 0 taxis in that area. So if you choose to stay here, prepare to use their shuttle service.

The room was quite nice and spacious. The room was very tidy and clean. The guy at the front desk was kind enough to upgrade our room for free and provide free airport pick-up and drop-off service. Because we slept too late the day before, we had to wait for the next day. The alarm clock was not heard at all, nor was the phone call to us. They came to the room and knocked on the door to wake us up. Thank you very much, otherwise we would have missed the plane.
