The airport drop-off service was utterly unacceptable. The driver was negligent, refusing even to assist with luggage, thereby preventing us from entering the vehicle. Compounding this, the driver blatantly ignored another passenger who was obstructing the pathway and refused to move. This demonstrated a complete dereliction of duty and resulted in a wholly unsatisfactory experience.

Not many restaurants nearby.
Windows did not have double glazing so when plane flies over it is very noisy.
The noise was continuous even till 4am

Free shuttle bus and nice and polite attitude employees Near from airport
Clean is no problem for stay 1night if longer it is not comfortable
And each room has air condition
Trip chat is always online When i arrived chat on tripchat then they take me to hotel by minivan as soon as possible

We stay there for one night, 27-28 Oct, 2025.it is very close to the air port, hotel also provide the shuttle service to air port, the driver also help for the luggage moving. So the service is good to me.
Secondly the room is large, the bed is big enough for sleep, overall the hotel is quite good

Very close to the airport. Comfortable rooms. There was a strange smell in the hotel.
The staff were very helpful and helped to organise a shuttle bus to the airport very early in the morning. They even gave us a wake up call to make sure we were ready on time. There were a couple of very good restaurants within walking distance too. I recommend it for people that need to be near an airport.

when I booked the hotel it said English speaking staff at the front desk, but there was no one that spoke English, and even though I was trying to deal with my situation with them they kept dealing with Chinese people that kept coming up to the front desk and tried to ignore me. luckily the manager helped me and I got things settled.
