Hotel really quite and surrounding very friendly and also quite Clean Very near airport Speed pickup and dropping to airport

Price is affordable. The room is good. Suitable for backpacker. The price is for backpakers but the facility is 3 star hotel. You have your own space and do not need share with other people.

Pick up and drop off at airport was on time, no delay. Check in was smooth, neat to airport and they have free pick up and drop off services.

This was nice and friendly Hotel I have ever stayed so far, near to the airport and convenient. They also offer me free airport drive.

This is the worst hotel ever; even my husband, who is usually very mild, said there's nothing good about this place. 😂 Location: BAD - it's quite far from the airport, on top of a mountain, even though they have some food around! Airport transfer: BAD - the receptionist insisted that we needed to reach the pick-up location before calling them. In the end, we waited for 30 minutes at the gate with the temperature at 5 degrees! The hotel: BAD - we booked a queen-sized bed room, and the hotel staff insisted on "upgrading" it to a bigger room with 2 single beds. We asked for our original room, and in the end, they finally said that room wasn't available anymore! The hotel room was normal but it smelled! The staff: BAD - We asked the hotel staff to help us to pick up a delivery which is 100 meters away and was requested to pay 50 yuan for their service!! And the worst part is we told the hotel we didn't need transport the next morning; we would arrange our own. But at 5 am, our room phone rang, then at 5:30 am, someone came to our room and banged on the door, asking us to wake up! We had to tell them again we weren't taking their transport. Then at 6:30 am, they banged on the door again!!! 我一嘴的草泥马不知当讲不当讲 ！真心不推荐这个酒店！做生意要厚道！

Convenient locations a lot of restaurant near by open until midnight

The room is dated and not clean. It's located on a street that is full of restaurants, so finding foods is not a problem. But it's in the middle of no where, if you need an overnight stay to catch a flight the next day, I would say it's still acceptable.

Good good

The hotel provided a free shuttle of 2 vans to pick us up within 10 minutes after our call during midnight arrival at 3am. There are a lot of breakfast options in front of the hotel. The room of the hotel is big especially the toilet. Overall, we are happy with the hotel's service.

Spent a night after coming back from Thailand. They have a transfer, can pick you up from the airport and drop off in the convenient place nearby (subway st ,for example)

Really good people, clean hotel, super nice for the price I paid for the room.... everything was perfect....it is in the centre of the market so that is good too....lots of shops around.....good rooms..... The only slightly less likeable thing is, it is far away from actual chegdu city.....this is near tiafnu airport and chegdu city is around 45 mins away.....but I don't know how far subway station was but I think it is really easy to go there..... Oh and also, they provide free tiafnu airport pick and drop service.....Which makes this hotel super super nice.....4.5 stars out of 5.....for the price I paid.
