因我們旅程調整，需要繼續入住，但同一房間已經被別人預訂了，前台工作人員十分體貼入微，主動考慮到我們搬運行李的不便，就給我們換了同一樓層的房型，而且就在原房間的隔壁，簡直不要太方便了。而且主動制好房卡送到房間來和我們換卡，賓至如歸的感覺滿滿的。

房間大，很安靜，窗簾遮光好，非常適合需要安靜休息環境的人入住。前台也非常好，離開房間忘記拿水了前台小姐姐給了一瓶，中午沒來得及趕回去用了平台延遲退房的券給工作人員打電話説了工作人員也很好溝通

房間品質很好，性價比很高，冬天還準備的一次性棉拖鞋（這一點超讚）；早餐的質量也是很高的，即使種類已經很豐富了，大膽一點問師傅要一份麪也是會現煮的，口味沒得説，巴適！

説真的，花200多住這裏，訂了8間。花錢來受氣的，先不説我要你怎麼服務，你起碼別黑起你那張臉。前台態度太差了，感覺就跟我欠你300萬一樣，不知道4.30號是誰上的班，房間是我幫家裡人和朋友訂的。所有人都和我反正當天那個前台態度太差了，人*多作怪，沒培訓好就多去培訓一下，要兩張房卡那個臉黑起，本來想着喜慶的日子不想和你計較，刷個電梯也是，本來上下樓不方便，刷一下電梯就跟要你命一樣，保安大叔人挺好的，我自己本身也是做服務行業的，這樣的服務態度讓人覺得非常不舒服！！！！一般我是從來不給差評的，自己也是服務人員，大家都不容易 ，但是這次真的必須給這個差評！
