Not the close to the airport, but most of the Bake hotels are in this area. It’s a bed is comfy and it’s clean. Got everything that we need. Having the free airport transfer is a plus. The breakfast is really good as what others said. The best part is they can even pack for you to takeaway if you leave early (eg. midnight). Overall attitude is good too.

During a recent transit, I stayed at Orange Hotel, which is just around the corner from ibis and holiday inn. For my second stopover, I was originally planning to return to Orange hotel, but after reading the positive reviews of Ibis, I decided to give it a try—and I’m so glad I did. While Orange Hotel certainly has the advantage when it comes to physical features—more spacious rooms and a slightly more modern setup—Ibis truly impressed me with its exceptional service. Even before our arrival, the team reached out to check if we needed airport pickup, and everything was arranged seamlessly. On the day of departure, they gave us a courteous reminder call to get ready for the airport transfer, and the front desk staff went above and beyond—even helping to push our luggage all the way to the shuttle. They were also quick to help solve every problem we faced during our stay. It’s that level of genuine care and attention that made our stay feel a little more special. Keep up the good job 👏.

The hotel is new, clean, and well-maintained. The service was excellent — I was especially impressed by the robot delivery service for food orders, which was both convenient and fun! I also received a morning call to remind me about the free shuttle bus, and the staff even prepared a takeaway breakfast for me. A thoughtful and efficient experience overall. Highly recommended!

I enjoyed my stay at Ibis hotel, though it was short but it was amazing, first the call from the front desk immediately I made my booking, secondly I was welcomed with warmth from the front office, super amazing staff, with a welcome pack, the ambiance of the hotel top notch, and the hospitality is amazing, the environment is quite and you get a free ride back to the airport. I will come again anytime I am in Chengdu. Thank you guys for the great hospitality.

The hotel is clean and nice. The non smoking room is really free from smoke smell👍👍👍. The location is a bit far from everything.... DiDi refused to pick up (after long wait )when we ordered at the airport!! Taxi driver charged us more and refused to use meter as the location is far and no returning passengers.

I was allowed an early check-in. The hotel is new. The staff were very helpful. Plenty of restaurants near the hotel. Shuttle leaves from gate 12, on the departures level. No need to book.

Front desk staff were very polite, courteous and kind. This hotel was the best guest service attitude than other hotels I have stayed in China. The room and common areas were very clean. I liked this newly built hotel. Every hotel’s equipments were brand new.
