Xana Hotelle (Chengdu Tianfu International Airport)

Super clean Very comfortable beds fantastic service and buffet breakfast all at the same place. Definitely recommend for all age travellers. Airport pick and drop is free . Drop off organising is super easy just let the reception know the time. However pick up for airport arrangements can be tough if you don't have wechat or phone to organise the bus time. Just remember to be at gate 12 for collection and Bus number D072 or watch out for the hotel name or logo on the bus

Awesome Hotel. I Contacted the Hotel through the trip app to wi fi call the hotel button. I had help from a mandarin speaker at my previous hotel who managed to connect me through We Chat to get the shuttle bus pick up times from the T1 gate 12 from the arrivals hall and thats on lvl 5 outside the airport just above arrivals. you can see gate 12 if you look up when you exit arrivals at T1. - T2 domestic its gate 21. Its about 30 minutes from the Airport. Soft Beds - I would have loved to stay longer than 1 night and I was dropped off back at the airport for my connecting flight. I have shares some of the breakfast options that were available during my stay.

I loved it, the staff is very attentive, the rooms are super clean and above all quiet, I only went to rest for a couple of hours but the little bit I was there was perfect, very comfortable and quiet, the staff sent me to pick me up at the airport with their transport and they took me back just the same

My recent transit stay at The Chengdu Tianfu Hotel in Chengdu exceeded my expectations in terms of guest service. The comfortable accommodations and serene ambiance provided a much-needed respite during my transit. What truly stood out during my stay was the exceptional guest service provided by the front desk staff. Despite the language barrier, the staff members were incredibly attentive, welcoming, and resourceful. They utilized WeChat to communicate efficiently and effectively, assisting me with the arrangement of a free shuttle bus between the airport and the hotel. Thank you. :)

Very polite and helpful front counter staff. Free airport shuttle and guests are free to use this shuttle service numerous times during the stay. Highly recommended.
