Very good hotel for the price, it’s just that the only good use for the hotel is when you have a flight the next day, and not needing to have an hour flight early int he morning

I stayed here for a layover overnight, but access to things made it a challenge. The complex is still too new. There’s a few hotels there. I also feel it was poorly lit. Taxi access was a challenge. I fell in the dark area outside. The gift shop was nice down the street. Food delivery required going down the street by the shuttle, so bringing bags was not easy. I tried three times for a Didi. The landscape is nice, but I have no idea why that airport area is not better developed or why it is so dark around there.

Hotel room is spacious. Everything else is good except that the bathroom leaks after shower. The water leaks into toilet & also to the exterior to the vanity top area. Just 15-20mins from airport. Free shuttle to & fro airport is a plus point. Breakfast spread is pretty good.

I arrived about 18:00 at the Hotel. When I booked the room, I special mentioned to get a non smooking room. After check in, they show me a stinky smocking room. Once complain they show me another smoking room. Then i complain again. Need to wait for about 40 Minutes. Finally got a non smelly room. Then I go to the only restaurant availabe there, which leaves more the impression of a cantione. Food was soso. Service was soso But it was late, i was tired and want just eat and sleep . When back to room and ready for sleep it turned out that the aircon does not work. its already 21:00 after compain they wanted to send housekeeper to fix it, Well, as I needed get up at 5 for my flight next day, I decided to sleep w/o aicon, which was not a good idea. Overall I dont recommend this Hotel.

The hotel is too big. I arrived at night and couldn't find the way. The hotel waiter asked someone to ferry me to the room. It seems that not many people live in my building. The room is OK.

Strong complaint!!! Because we had to catch a flight the next morning, we chose this hotel near Tianfu at night! Oh my god! The experience was really bad! When we arrived at night and were ready to check in, we saw a notice saying that the front desk staff had something to do to check in, so please call. After calling, we were told that the building could not be processed and we had to take a shuttle bus to the lobby of other buildings to process. The shuttle bus took about 10 minutes to go back and forth. After processing, I took the room card and returned to the room, but there was no electricity. I called the front desk again to ask for processing. The front desk replied immediately to ask the electrician to check the repairs, and did not ask the customer to change the room. While waiting for the electrician to arrive, the customer called the front desk again to ask if the electrician was coming? Or just take a new room card to change the room for us to avoid waiting in vain. Finally, the room was changed at the request of the customer. The overall process of check-in and normal check-in took more than 50 minutes. It was really speechless late at night. I don’t want to complain more! ! ! Speechless! ! !

On the last day in Chengdu, I booked this hotel because I had to catch an early flight to Tianfu Square the next day. It didn't look that big on Ctrip. Later I thought that they should just release some buildings to cooperate with Ctrip. It's a garden-style hotel with Chinese decoration. Maybe it's too big and there are not enough service staff. Except for the shuttle bus attendants, I didn't see many attendants the whole time. There were no bathrobes in the room we stayed in. I asked the staff, but they said that this building didn't provide them. There were no children's toothbrushes and slippers at all. I said, didn't Ctrip say that they had them? The answer was that it was in other buildings. It's just a good location, otherwise I wouldn't have been disappointed staying here.

The hotel is located near Tianfu Airport, with free airport shuttle bus, and convenient transportation to the airport and airport station subway. The courtyard consists of multiple hotel buildings, and the shuttle bus guy is very enthusiastic. The room is spacious, clean and hygienic, and deserves praise.

Every time I stay at Rongxiuyuan, I am very satisfied with the environment here. It is quiet and comfortable. It is very pleasant to take a walk after dinner. But I have some complaints about the hotel facilities. It seems that there are some problems every time I stay. Before, the network could not be connected, and this time the air conditioner was broken. It was late at night, and I couldn’t ask the technician to come and fix the air conditioner. It was inconvenient, so I had to endure it for one night.

I rarely write reviews, but I was really angry this time. Before checking in, I called to ask about the difference between Rongxiuyuan and the other two gardens. The answer I got was that the breakfast and room facilities were different. As a result, when I went to check in that night, I was told that the breakfast was the same. That's fine. For me, who always stays in five-star hotels when traveling, the front desk of this hotel really surprised me. I won't go into the details. It's not just a problem of poor service, there is no service at all, and the attitude is simply! They always ignore me. I have never met a front desk staff with such poor service. In addition, let's talk about other aspects. The room hygiene is also a bad review. There are unknown hairs in the bathroom, and I feel dry nose on the side of the bedside table. I am also drunk. The breakfast is also very average. But it doesn't matter. It's not as good as the lofty attitude of the front desk staff. It's devastating. I will definitely not choose it again. I hope the hotel management will pay attention!
