Finally, let's talk about the service, because I fell and broke my knee during my stay. It was at night, and the hotel staff brought various disinfection items, but I was not stable in my heart, so I decided to go to the nearest hospital to deal with it. The location of the hotel is not easy to get a taxi, and it was night. I wanted the hotel to find a car to take us to the hospital, but the service staff said that she was the only one on duty at the front desk at night, and the hotel had no car to take us to the hospital. We had to take Didi to the hospital by ourselves. Fortunately, we got a car. After checking at the hospital, it was confirmed that the wound was not too serious, and we returned to the hotel after the treatment. That night, the young man of the hotel's catering manager (surname Li) came to comfort me with a small gift, and apologized for not being able to take us to the hospital; the next morning, it felt like a more senior manager delivered breakfast to the room, and clearly informed us that the cost of our dinner the day before would be waived, and finally apologized to us. So, I think the hotel's service is generally good. We are generally satisfied. This hotel is very suitable for leisure and vacation, and it is suitable for a large family with elderly and children to lie down and rest together. Because of the injury this time, many projects have not been experienced in time, so I should go again.
