基本的服務就不説了，每一個員工都非常耐心温柔。早餐特別用心，每一樣都是精心的出品，細節拉滿！自助的下午茶，宵夜小啤酒，房間的陳設都非常滿意。會來二刷！一家人都特別開心！餐廳的東西也很有特色。喜歡😍管家也特別耐心，無論什麼時候。五一假期滿房也沒有管理混亂，服務和設施都值得這個價格！

能寫的很多，光是餐飲。下午茶持續提供，咖啡和小吃不錯。夜宵為鹵菜拼盤和啤酒，不錯。水果自由，蘋果和橙子的質量相當好，孩子很喜歡吃。燒烤需要提前兩小時預訂，沒有預訂所以沒有去。預訂了佛卡夏自製套餐，和孩子們一起體驗，自己的勞動成果味道相當好。早餐的品種不算多，但每一樣的質量都很好，點贊。其他房間設計和設施都達到了相當的標準。特別説下代步車師傅都非常負責，不斷在房間和停車場穿梭。這次選擇了一樓，希望下次選擇高樓層試一試。

環境非常好，硬件也不錯，服務也挺好。最好的是餐飲，中餐廳可以閉着眼點菜，每一道都做得非常好，真的很難得。自助餐廳的早餐也非常好，看着東西不多，但每一樣都做得很精緻，食材、口味都好。因為家裡人過生日，酒店很貼心的在房間做了佈置，晚餐還贈送了生日蛋糕和壽麪。感謝🙏

三岔湖度假區旁邊，觀景台和碼頭可以坐酒店觀光車去非常方便。周邊丹景山和園博會適合去逛逛。
吃的非常新鮮，味道特別棒，麪包，羊肉湯和控肉飯吃了幾碗。還有免費下午茶和夜宵， 在這個酒店完全不會餓着。
