Hotel is very well located, only 5min walk from the Confucius temple and old town pedestrian area, yet still accessible by car.
The room, even if freshly renovated, was a little bit disappointing with windows facing another building so it was very dark and could not even see weather outside. It was also quite small, but for 1 night it made a deal.
The staff is friendly and helpful (even if not speaking English) and breakfast could definitely be improved (only eggs, oranges, soup and struggling to get a coffee!).

nd in middle of the old city. convenient location. Nice view from the terrace. Warm welcoming and great explanation of the places to visit in Jianshui by the staff, around a good cup of tea. Thank you.

酒店位於文廟的旁邊，走到文廟5分鐘。房間的窗户可以看到紅牆，3樓的公共區域更是風景極佳，吃着早餐安安靜靜的看着文廟，空中有燕子飛過，還有夏天的蟬鳴，讓人心情舒暢。
下面從酒店的幾個方面來談談：
一、交通，建水打車和滴滴都很方便，基本都是10元左右，滴滴的優惠力度十分感人。所有從酒店去蟻工坊、紫陶街、小火車等景點都是打車出行的。古城內的步行可達。
二、設施，訂了雙床房，房間略小，因為白天都是外出的，所以也不算什麼。衞浴空間比較大，乾濕分離，洗澡的水流穩定，洗的很舒服。如果浴室可以增加幾個掛衣服的掛鈎會更方便。
三、食物，早餐是定食，有米線、白粥、白煮蛋。端午節的當日給了個粽子，很應景。食物是可口的。如果有一杯牛奶或者豆漿就完美了。
四、服務，酒店是很有設計感的，但是選擇的時候就看中了三樓的露台。事實證明，酒店提供的服務更是為酒店加分了。辦理入住的當日有歡迎檸檬水，很爽口。當天下午還邀請我喝了普洱茶，介紹了合適的旅遊線路，並且推薦了好吃的飯店，提升了我的建水之行的品質。同時還讓我添加了酒店微信，有問題都得到了及時解決。
最後，我要説的是，好的精品民宿酒店是值得再刷的。

第一晚酒店踩雷後果斷換到這一家
老闆人很好，家裡還在做紫陶，入駐就給我們淺淺普及了一些紫陶知識。
整個酒店就是一個書店，無處不在的書籍，親子入住很友好，入住留言還可以自己帶一本書走。
隔壁就是文廟，早上在三樓的花園可以一邊早飯俯文廟。

店家安排了接站服務，甚是暖心。酒店各方面的硬件無可挑剔，服務人員也是相當熱情周到。樓下的小花園應該花了店家不少心思，小巧精緻不失優雅。早餐還送了一份燕窩，可惜我衹嚐了一下味道，都被老婆霸佔了。
兩點遺憾:
1.checkin的時候過道很重的煙味（雲南訂的幾次酒店基本都沒有無煙樓層，這可能是整個雲南旅遊業需要改進的地方）。
2.我早上喜歡早起散步，接近六點的時候大門還鎖着。由於大堂沒有電，我沒有發現門上掛着的前台手機號碼，一直到6:30天有點亮色了才發現。好在前台小妹妹飛速趕來幫我開了門。
總的來説，這是一家值得你入住的酒店（……更接近於民宿）

酒店不大然而設計精緻，在建水古城獨樹一幟，充分借鑒了文廟的特點，樓頂露台和花園都很有設計感，非常nice！相較而言，房間設計就比較平淡沒什麼亮點了。總體還是不錯，服務非常熱情。酒店位置好，在古城內鬧中取靜，停車也非常方便。

建水古城裡的酒店，非常有味道，首先交通出遊很方便，酒店一樓有院子和亭子，三樓露台隔壁就是文廟一牆之隔，步行幾分鐘就是朱家花園朝陽樓等古城打卡地，三樓的環境非常有氣質，可以喝茶看書聊天，公共走廊佈置温馨，房間名字好聽，是個人見人喜歡的好地方。房間用品提供很貼心。
評價晚了，很遺憾酒店內照片發過視頻以後已經清理，不過有一張拼圖挺好的。
建水古城非常非常非常喜歡並推薦的酒店！

與文廟一牆之隔的一家民宿，去文廟東門走路3分鐘。裝修精緻，尤其三樓書房和餐廳，適合住着度假，上午傍晚出門，下午在三樓喝茶看書，非常愜意。老闆和前台態度都超級好，停車方便，早餐美味，值得推薦。
