很有書香氛圍的民宿，親子房很寬敞，乾淨衞生，很安靜。早餐米線很美味，晚上還有銀耳湯，特別滿意提前聯繫，幫忙買小火車票，服務非常好，想回去吃飯，路上可聯繫前台，小姐姐非常熱情安排菜品。出行也很方便，距離古城不遠，在古城遊玩，最好把文廟或者臨安府衙安排在一天行程最後，因為這兩個點出口就在酒店附近。

位置：就在古城裡，緊挨文廟，位置優越，也比較幽靜，出門就是北正街。鬧中取靜。
環境：設計很有特點，公共空間是個大書房，兼職西餐，傣味和越南菜，不過，家常菜推薦出門的老王家，做菜很香，圖片裏有。另外酒店早餐很棒。
服務：服務有求必應，老闆特別熱情，這邊連續住了三晚。

紅河建水斯文在茲書院酒店住宿環境一絕！房間佈局很漂亮，打掃特別乾淨，房間也挺大，隔音效果很好，晚上睡覺安靜。三樓餐廳環境充滿文人氣息，木質桌椅搭配綠植，到處是書本點綴，菜品以傣味特色為主，食材新鮮、口感極佳，環境與美食完美融合。早餐也很好吃，特色米線湯底鮮濃，水煮蛋、玉米窩窩頭、小米粥、早茶，服務貼心周到。院落後方就是廟宇，在這裏既能感受千年文脈，又能享受高品質度假體驗，強烈推薦！

第二次入住，但是這次體驗非常差。如果追求衞生和安靜的，可以看其他家了。公共庭院的桌子上灰塵、紙巾堆積，一看就是長期無人打掃。房間隔音差，門口打掃衞生的聲音、隔壁開水龍頭聽的一清二楚，半夜不知道什麼器材在運行，隔一段時間就轟隆作響。衞生間返臭，浴缸底部有發黃污垢，裏面還有黑色點狀未知污漬，明明水沖一沖就可以沖走的，不知道打掃衞生的人員是漏了打掃還是壓根沒看過。房間衞生更是難以形容，從未敞開房間庭院推拉門，房間裏卻出現了蚊子、西瓜蟲、甚至還有衞生間和電視機旁的兩衹蟑螂，宛如小型寵物樂園。設施設備維護也不行，衣物櫃的燈帶掉下來也不維護，庭院推拉門鎖不起來也不説什麼了，門上還有積灰和蜘蛛網，雖然是淡季打掃衞生也得上點心吧？以前提供的早餐是一大亮點，現在的早餐提供的雞蛋、粥、窩窩頭基本都是冷的，銀耳羹的枸杞有黑點也端上了餐桌。對比起兩年前的服務、衞生和設備維護，衹能説是天壤之別。

很獨特的一家酒店。在喧鬧的市中心獨闢一角，安靜的環境和精緻的裝修，看得出來老闆是很認真的在經營，完全不用擔心衞生和環境。以後來建水就選定他家了！

這次帶父母到建水玩，選擇了住斯文在茲酒店，爸爸媽媽都很滿意，特別值得一提的是早餐很好吃，雞蛋花很香，在三樓看着文廟的風景吃早餐，是這趟旅行美好的回憶～
