房間陽台蚊蟲多比較潮濕，沒辦法進入坐人，因為在一樓室內會有大蜘蛛和蟲子入住要檢查、整體服務不錯，早餐很好，在古城遊玩方便，開車來要早點不然堵車就不好進來，整體還是不錯的，隔音一般估計是陽台傳來的説話聲

酒店位置很好，在古城裡麪，挨着文廟。裝修很有特色和意境！衞生有些地方有死角。 但是前台有點雜亂，並且我去的時候還沒有人在。另外贈送的下午茶也沒有提前告知，服務意識有待提高！ 另外早餐比較單一，國慶期間溢價有點嚴重

我們定的家庭房，就在建水文廟的旁邊，一牆之隔，窗外的紅牆竹葉很好看，牆那頭就是文廟，非常安靜，早晨2分鐘就可以去文廟廣場鍛鍊。前台小妹妹服務也蠻好，不僅及時解決我們的問題，推薦的米湯飯、奇味軒、姚氏燒烤，也特別好吃，完全不踩坑。家庭房除了略小，沒其他毛病，既乾淨又安靜。

很有書香氛圍的民宿，親子房很寬敞，乾淨衞生，很安靜。早餐米線很美味，晚上還有銀耳湯，特別滿意提前聯繫，幫忙買小火車票，服務非常好，想回去吃飯，路上可聯繫前台，小姐姐非常熱情安排菜品。出行也很方便，距離古城不遠，在古城遊玩，最好把文廟或者臨安府衙安排在一天行程最後，因為這兩個點出口就在酒店附近。
