來建水以來住過最差的酒店了 入住要一百的按金 晚上去給朋友過生日回來 頭髮上有奶油 洗頭用毛巾擦頭的時候不小心弄了點奶油在毛巾上 扣取了30元按金

位置就在南門附近，挺好找的，裝修很新，即使在馬路邊上隔音很不錯，房間大小合適，衞生間很乾凈，很新，酒店旁邊就有火車軌道可以一路走到小火車上車點，本就打算住一天，覺得建水挺不錯的又續住了一天，消費也不高，比大理麗江都舒服

酒店位置到古城很方便，幾分鐘就可走到城門口，房間乾淨衞生，就是水小了點，院子很漂亮，種了很多花草，很有特色

前台服務還不錯，1.但房間衞生有所欠缺，椅子沒敢坐下去，煙灰缸還有上一個客人留下的煙灰；2、隔壁的空調太響，影響睡眠！3.一開空調，難屋子全是之前客人的煙味；4.天太冷.但衹有一床被子，半夜冷醒幾次！

優點是房間整潔衞生。小園子裏環境不錯。位置距離建水古城很近，步行10分鐘左右的距離。缺點是沒有電梯。如果房間在三樓以上，行李又比較多，那感覺就不太好了。另外我這種房型的窗户是對着樓梯，私隱性很不好，所以根本不敢拉開窗簾，晚上也不敢開窗。

酒店離古城很近，就在城門邊不遠，停車場也很寬敞，不過隔音不好，晚上整棟樓有狗在叫有點吵，房間窗户在走道上，採光不好，衞生間蠻大的。

1⃣設施：設備齊全，還有洗衣機和吹風機，所有東西每日一換很乾凈整潔，酒店後面就是免費停車場，在前台登記車牌房號就行
2⃣位置：在建水古城附近，走幾分鐘就到了非常方便
3⃣體驗：我們是一家三口去的，住在一樓，房間很大很乾凈，一看就是店家認真打掃過，而且比較靠裏一些，所以沒有吵鬧比較安靜，性價比超高！體驗很好！以後有朋友想去建水也會推薦這家酒店。
