位於團山民居的一家民宿，環境很好、也很安靜。
房間條件還不錯，周邊有個餐廳水準還行、價格也算合理。
民宿跟張家花園緊鄰且相通，遊覽起來很方便。
服務員的服務很認真、仔細，其他的就不提了。

一共衹有六間房的小民宿，就在張家花園側門口，小院環境優雅，還能圍爐煮茶。
店員服務熱情周到，提供各種旅行建議。
團山景區的門票和停車費包含在房費中，有查票繳費的時候報一下説是結廬客棧的就好啦。
客棧贈送在張家花園的一頓下午茶，咖啡、奶昔、小點心，感覺真好！

服務：真的是非常好，因為門口的路在臨時修車，暫時車衹能在停車場，管家阿姨真的是騎着小摩託幫我們拖行李，接送都有，很好。
環境：非常的好，尤其是這個小院子，真的很有感覺。院子後面有棵古樹，很棒！
早餐:免費的一碗米線！
下午茶:酒店隔壁是張家花園，可以在張家花園裡麪飲下午茶，逛逛團山民居很方便，也順便免了門票。
設施：房間倒是挺大的，但是設施就相對普通一些，但是該有的都有。

在團山村裡，這家客棧真的算很好的。有個自己的院子可以喝茶曬太陽。房間衞生不錯，床也很舒服。
位置在張家花園旁邊，早上醒來，吃碗米線就可以去村子裏轉轉，早上人少很清靜，感覺安排在這裏住還是很明智的

酒店就在景區裏面 很舒適，店家也很好一直跟我打電話確認，早晨起來空氣很清新，在這個靜謐的小村落住宿有在建水縣城不一樣的感覺，強烈推薦

傢俱用的是貼皮的，非實木，有異味。周圍除了張家花園外，環境差，都是村民的水泥房。電熱水器，洗了一個人，另一個人就沒法洗，第二天才燒好熱水。四百多塊錢一晚，顯然性價比不高。老闆也花了很多功夫，但不是一些名牌結合在一起就是好的客棧。明顯理念有問題，建議多去旅行，向全國做得好的古建客棧學習，多改進。建水一行住了琴鶴堂，結廬和竹葉軒，最差的就是結廬，最好的是竹葉軒。
