晚上12點到的，預訂的房間在不被告知的情況下被線下售賣了。到店之後黑燈瞎火的也沒有人接待，打平台預留電話也無人接聽，到前台找到聯繫方式才在等了一二十分鐘後入住的。房間推門不好上鎖，浴室淋浴噴頭很多水垢，看起來讓人感覺不衞生。
