對這家酒店真的非常非常多誇讚的地方，首先就是高鐵接送，酒店在古城裡，接送都是需要車➕觀光車才能到酒店門口（真的投入並且服務很到位），其次是這個四合院，有100多年的歷史，很古典，但是同時裝修的很好，有種新中式的感覺！本來預訂了偏院loft，但是店家幫我們升級了正堂的loft，寬敞很多，二樓一米八的床，一樓的沙發也可以拉出來變成床，就可以躺着看電視了，衞生間乾濕分離非常不錯！！！
很滿意的點:接送服務（第二天我們9點的小火車時間緊張他們還幫我們送過去了）；到店就給我們做了木瓜水，切了新鮮的水果，我們去的時候是中秋節當天，給我們送了月餅，出去玩之前給我們做了兩杯咖啡！真的可以説是無微不至，12點需要退房，我們小火車玩回來需要14點，協商退房時間也同意了！
真的很滿意！大家可以直接選這家！
忘了説，酒店就在古城裡，離朝陽門，西門，朱家花園，學政考棚這些都特別近！很方便！！！

民宿地理位置非常優越，出門50米左右便是臨安大街，考棚、府署、朱家花園近在咫尺。內部設施完美，乾淨整潔。衞浴是TOTO全智能的，枕頭也非常舒服。服務熱情周到。免費停車，擺渡車接送，省心省力；牛奶、咖啡、水果一應俱全；老闆、店員熱情大方，彬彬有禮。特別讓我印象深刻的是整個小院外有老四合院的古樸端莊，內有現代設施的高雅時尚。房間放有鮮花，香薰，清新可人，特別有家的感覺，值得入住！推薦五星好評！

酒店超出預期，地理位置非常好，走幾步就到古街，院子保留了古宅的古色古香，房間又裝修得簡約現代，床墊衞浴都很舒服，最重要的是服務真誠熱情，遠超很多星級酒店。

入住花滿第，大大出乎我的意料，沒想到在偏遠的西南小城建水，能將一個百年四合院打造的如此高雅、時尚，有品位！簡直可以和北京的文華東方比美！以前住過別的老宅子民宿，大多中規中矩，房間內色調陰暗、設施古板，極不舒服！花滿第截然不同，外觀看是傳統古建築的美！房間內是現代時尚的美！衞浴、洗漱用品皆是高端！特別想説一下，早餐極有特色，是北方傳統風味和西餐風味。如果兩個大叔換成幾個旗袍古典美女，絕對奢華酒店的感覺！哈哈😄

25年新開的民宿，位置在古城中心地段，到東南西北城門都很近；環境清幽，古城是煙火，此處則是心安處，荷塘悦色、百年好合、富貴花開，無一不精巧雅緻；店主話雖不多，出門提醒有雨，早餐準備好鮮奶和熱菜，足夠其用心。

設施：完美，床鋪枕頭特別舒服，老闆是用心挑選用心做事的。
衞生：乾淨衞生，洗浴花灑、馬桶全是toto，洗髮水、沐浴露、潤髮乳，身體乳特別好聞，高檔貨。
環境：位置佳，在建水古鎮內，特有四合院古風風格，格外雅緻！
服務：:自駕有免費停車場，老闆對人特別好，我們到店時剛好是晚飯時間，還特別邀請我們一起用餐，有一種賓至如歸的感覺。我不喜歡吃粥，早上特別開車帶我們去吃當地最有名的米線，人在外地，都有一種親人的感覺，十分感動！

原以為剛開業不久，怕有氣味！來了才知道，全環保裝修、衞浴設施都是TOTO的，布草按四星級標準，不得不説，老闆是個講究人👍👍👍👍👍。
前台工作人員態度熱情到位，還有店長，就是那位長眉大叔，見人先樂呵呵一笑，不用多言語，就會讓你有一種到家的感覺，下次來還住！
