建水給我最深的印象，是聽紫雲，聽紫雲給我最深的印象，是經理小羅。
什麼叫服務超出客人的期待？什麼叫由心而發無招勝有招？什麼叫情緒價值覆蓋所有的白璧微瑕？你在聽紫雲能夠深刻體會。
是的，聽紫雲雖是豪門大宅改建而來，處處體現着設計感，但裝修也已有時日，可能需要一個升級，但羅總帶領的整個服務團隊，硬是讓滿意度飆上頂峯，讓客人忽略了所有的小小不足。
每個服務人員的熱情和主動，似乎都是出自內心；各種個性化的服務，彷彿忘記了成本一一大道至簡，把客人當親人。
這一切，讓人好奇羅總是怎樣把這種服務理念，一年一年，一樁一件，灌輸到員工的心靈深處的。也許，身先士卒，令行禁止，“愛兵如子”，是羅總成功的祕籍。
有時感慨，“禮存諸於野”，在建水這個十八線小城，你能感受到一個人的成長、修練、悟道，感受到一個團隊近乎完美的運作。
蒼天慈悲，將大道以一個農家孩子、複員軍人、保安、餐廳經理、酒店總經理這樣一個軌跡示人，昭告每一個來聽紫雲的客人：良善現於一店，良善存於一心。

位置很好，就在古城東邊停車場附近，老院落收拾的乾淨漂亮，服務態度十分，房間整潔床品好，就是空調有點噪音，早餐，下午茶，晚上燒烤都很好，除了價格比一般酒店貴，其他沒問題，值得推薦！

之前看到酒店評價那麼好，不禁充滿期待，體驗過後，衹能説比想象的還要好。漂亮的四合院，都捨不得出門了。酒店全天提供食物飲品，就算衹是走過拿瓶飲料，服務員小姐姐馬上就問，要不要下碗米粉？或是炸點豆腐？咖啡要嗎？所以，一整天都在吃吃吃。特別是羅經理，他一人身兼數職，他是經理，也是司機和服務員，他記得我們接下來的行程，今天退房後，熱情地把我們送到下一家酒店。感謝羅經理及其團隊，下次再見！

帶娃雲南之旅最愛的酒店之一，海底撈式的服務，有求必應。超級貼心，贈送的素食套餐一開始還擔心我們兩大兩小吃不飽，管家説暑假小朋友多，所以特意增加了很多肉類，真的吃到撐！我家姐姐狂誇肉太好吃了！還有早餐的米線，也很絕！下午茶也很不錯！誰能想到，這次吃到所有有記憶點的好吃的，都是這家酒店免費贈送的啊？因為房間少，員工能記住每位客人，真的跟回家一樣。當時衹預訂到一晚好可惜，建水完全可以兩天行程。等下次有機會冬天再來～

這個酒店給了我無限的驚喜，真的是體驗感十足的一次入住體驗~
1.位置酒店坐落在古城核心區，出門就是朝陽門城口和朱家花園，我可以錯峯去逛，出行方便。
2.酒店有種與世隔絕的感覺，古樸的質感，與古城煙火氣行程反差小院裏十分靜謐，隨處拍照都特別好看！帶娃終於體驗了一把四合院的感腳。
3.酒店網羅了建水所有的特色小吃，全都免費自助給你！你衹需要去逛古城就好，想吃什麼，酒店全都提供。有全天應的下午茶，晚餐燒烤豐富，早餐特色早點。簡直不要太值！
4.酒店的經理和服務員特別熱情周到，古井水，水果，餐食都隨時響應，臨走還送了我們一兜子零食和下次入住的優惠券，看來必須二刷了~
這是我第一次認真寫評價，因為酒店實在太值得了。在建水遊玩的夥伴，一定要選這家酒店哈~
