房間和床是我住了那麼多連鎖酒店裡最小的一個，我一米八的個子基本頭到尾抵住的，床小的根本沒法翻身，床墊根本不透氣，特別熱。淋浴的噴頭還是壞的沒法用，讓我直接沒洗成澡，難受得一直到凌晨五點多才睡着。第二天去前台反映問題前台服務員還有人在笑，我直接嚴肅地問：我反應的問題以及我到凌晨五點多都沒睡着很好笑嗎？當天我住的房間是223，真的是我這麼多年住連鎖酒店體驗最差的一次！做酒店什麼都可以省，但是省床會要命的，1.8*1.0左右的床太誇張了！

服務挺好，設施中規中矩，但早餐是遼寧所有如家裡最差的，真的沒有什麼可吃。價格比朝陽市裡的如家商旅持平或者更貴，但早餐完全是糊弄人。 聽説建平要開漢庭酒店了，希望早餐能好點。那以後就不是來建平的唯一選擇的。
