前台服務員服務態度好，業務熟練，辦理入住快，房間乾淨，早餐還行，另外停車場大，停車非常方便，，總體滿意。。。。。。。

房間和床是我住了那麼多連鎖酒店裡最小的一個，我一米八的個子基本頭到尾抵住的，床小的根本沒法翻身，床墊根本不透氣，特別熱。淋浴的噴頭還是壞的沒法用，讓我直接沒洗成澡，難受得一直到凌晨五點多才睡着。第二天去前台反映問題前台服務員還有人在笑，我直接嚴肅地問：我反應的問題以及我到凌晨五點多都沒睡着很好笑嗎？當天我住的房間是223，真的是我這麼多年住連鎖酒店體驗最差的一次！做酒店什麼都可以省，但是省床會要命的，1.8*1.0左右的床太誇張了！

停車場很大出入方便 酒店位置交通便利

服務挺好，設施中規中矩，但早餐是遼寧所有如家裡最差的，真的沒有什麼可吃。價格比朝陽市裡的如家商旅持平或者更貴，但早餐完全是糊弄人。 聽説建平要開漢庭酒店了，希望早餐能好點。那以後就不是來建平的唯一選擇的。

設施衞生什麼的都是正常水平，主要還是無窗房裡的味道還是有些大，進屋待一會兒眼睛就有些被刺激的流眼淚，正常裝修要完兩年應該沒有這麼大的味道了。走廊的裏的味道也有些大。希望能時常通風吧。
周邊很多好吃的，小吃，飯店都有，河邊很適合散步，來的話儘量選擇有窗房就好了。ps:無窗房裡的這個假窗户可以整個液晶屏能換圖片那種的😂

300多的價格與服務不成正比，房間很小，空間侷促。夜間房間水壓不足，沒有熱水，無法洗澡。 服務人員不想着解決問題，而是讓我們去投訴，還指責顧客跟他比比劃劃，一副要動手打架的姿態。更換了房間，水量也不足，勉強洗了個澡。
