帶一家人出來放鬆一下，人不多，不用去外面人擠人。風景很好，窗外就是鬱鬱葱葱的大樹，感覺像在度假一樣，而且房間真的超大，小朋友很喜歡都捨不得走，等後面放假再帶家人去一次，離淮劇小鎮也不遠，非常值得推薦good!（To：前台顧盛艷很細心，幫忙找回了我的手機，表揚一下！）

超級好。首先服務超好。吃小火鍋的阿姨和泡温泉的服務人員特別好。環境沒得説 至少在鹽城 我認為可以了。 而且 室內外温泉都有 ！酒店房間也不錯。反正下次還會去。 偶爾住在那邊放空一下自己！淮劇小鎮離得不遠 逛逛也不錯

房間非常寬敞舒適，床也很舒服，温泉♨️也非常好👍送的小火鍋套餐可以吃飽。工作人員態度很好，酒店裡麪的小童樂園是免費的，孩子玩的很開心🥳也會有一些收費的項目，不過價格合理，孩子也玩的很開心😃唯一的不足是房間的被子太厚了，這個天氣不開空調了，一條薄被子正好，酒店的被子是羽絨的，實在是太厚了，其他都蠻好的，早餐也非常有特色，有當地的特色藕粉圓子，雞蛋麪餅很好吃😋真心很推薦，是會想再去的一家酒店！

訂了兩間房，有一間還好吧，我們自己住得一間，衞生實在太差，馬桶上上下下里裡外外，有很多黃色的屎點子，聯繫攜程處理的倒是也快，開了個客房大姐，説沒事，居然拿了塊抹布，開始擦拭全部馬桶，我老婆説這不都臟了嗎，她不斷説不要緊……
最後來了值班經理，服務態度很不錯，也很誠懇，值得點贊。
酒店環境設施都可圈可點，服務挺好。但是客房衞生差，餐飲也不行，吃了那個368的四人餐，餐差勁就不説了，看看這個隨餐果盤吧，很難想象是一個有品牌的五鑽度假酒店的出品。

酒店的佔地非常大，綠化非常好，與隔壁房間可以打通的設計，非常能夠滿足兩個家庭親子活動的需求，酒店的遊樂內容也很能滿足小朋友放電的需要，作為一家親子酒店，價位很有性價比。
改進建議：淋浴房的防臭地漏對於下水速度影響較大，容易造成水漫出浴室。

整體酒店環境不錯，遠離城市喧囂，比較適合度假。酒店房間設施齊全，比較乾淨衞生。晚上到餐廳吃飯，雖然吃飯人比較多，上菜有點慢，但服務很熱情，菜餚口味還不錯，應該是一位領導吧，她細心跟我們介紹周邊遊玩的。第二天去吃早飯，品種好多，每個都想吃，服務大姐非常熱情給我倒了豆漿。雖然房價有點小貴，但超值體驗服務也覺得物有所值了，值得推薦去玩。

計劃了很久的旅遊計劃，最後選擇了九龍口，在圖片上看到這家酒店看着還蠻不錯的，實際到現場之後確實有意外的點，不談其他的，就酒店的入門大廳，就有夠氣派！一下子就把人坐了很久的車的枯燥情緒給打消了。剛來到這邊，不太清楚這邊，前台的曹傑一邊辦入住一邊很熱情的有在介紹又是説哪裡可以玩，又是説什麼時候有好吃的，什麼時候有節目，感覺一來到酒店就被酒店的工作人員熱情包圍了，詢問有沒有需要幫忙拿的行李，很熱情的就想幫我們送到房間，哇，體驗很好啊，房間內也很整潔乾淨，酒店採取的風格還是蠻新穎的，入住的體驗都很舒服，在這邊託酒店員工的福，很方便的，就把這邊的項目很開心的都玩到了，好評是必須的，一到家就跟朋友誇起這家酒店了，真的很不錯
