過境建湖縣，入住該酒店，酒店房間很大，房內硬件設施一般，主要是空調無暖風，軟件一般，諮詢服務枱空調問題，居然説，今天不是很冷的，空調遙控器不準之類的話，另外床上有頭髮，還有門把手有指紋，説明衞生打掃一般。早餐尚可。

洗澡水一直往外流，整個衞生間全是水！連住幾天沒有一次來打掃過，按了打掃鍵也沒人來，導致第二天就沒有紙沒有牙刷，衹好去前台要，前台説馬上讓人送來結果一天沒送！簡直了這服務！這個不來打掃就很無語，連紙牙刷都不配好了嗎？不是一天是連住幾天！還4星！不會再來了，太拉了，我車停門口被刮的不像也不找他們了算了。無語！

這灰呀，櫃子，窗户一層灰，都不像是有人打掃。先是一間房門卡打不開去大廳換，然後晚上另外一間排風還啥的電路出大噪音，有多響，自己看視頻。打了2次電話，過了大約20分鐘終於來人修了，大半夜的等修，雖然是修好了，但是心情可想而知。唯一感覺好的是：設施，早餐還算不錯，酒店3樓中餐味道蠻好，人均100多。

淋浴房門把手壞的，吹風機壞的，空調出風口正常風速就會哐哐響調成低風速才沒聲音，讓送兩瓶礦泉水要收費，前台辦入住人臉識別一直死機，要不就是識別不出來，常年出差從來就沒識別不出來的情況就他們有問題，服務約等於沒有。
