這是酒店式公寓，房間寬敞整潔，衞生間乾淨簡節，衞浴用品排放整齊。大環境也好，樓下就是萬彩購物中心和超市，吃飯購物逛商場。
服務熱情，第一天晚上電視節目不全，聯繫後總枱小朱馬上幫顧客聯繫調試，是後台轉件升級中，待完成後主動通知客人，第二天總枱小劉小陳也很熱情，主動介紹周邊景點，三位值得表揚點贊。這是團隊抓培訓，抓業務的精神體現。

清明假期，一次較差的體驗！入住分了一間房，小而悶，進門就是濃濃的一股裝修後散發出來甲醛味，反映後給換了一間同樓層正對電梯的房間，該房間目測相對好一些，結果進去到處都是厚厚的一層灰，折騰了大半天，想想也算了，懶得換，因為有事要出門，就這間房了，結果，這僅僅是開始，晚上回來，鎖門，發現門鎖是壞的，不能🔒，上來一個保安説不鎖不行嗎？我很堅決説不行🙅🏻♀️，他們説再聯繫電工來修理，這一弄，就弄到了半夜！準備休息。套一次性床單，一拉開被子，到處都是頭髮！真是噁心🤢。隔天，覺得台盆櫃水很小，聯繫了，他們又讓電工上來，結果一弄，水龍頭噴出來很多垃圾！！！有點噁心！！！不過水倒是大了不少。最讓人噁心的是，馬桶水沖不下去，服務人員來來回回十多次，問題沒有解決還給我新增了問題，濺水！你説噁心不噁心，最搞笑的是，來了個保安，説你上完再沖，又不影響！但你不知道，坐上去就亂噴了嗎？更搞笑的是保潔阿姨推卸説這是所有馬桶都這樣，然後我不信，去了隔壁房間，隔壁房間的馬桶很正常啊！！！一點都不濺水，沖力也不差！由於酒店的垃圾桶很小，垃圾滿了，看到門口有阿姨就説讓她幫忙説一下，結果人家頭也不回，説，我沒有工具收不了！！！可以，你真行！再來吐槽一下浴室，這水温太“熱”永遠衹有 40度，調温器就是擺設，小朋友當天洗澡後就咳嗽了！

前台辦理入住很快，服務態度很好，設施也很新，全屋都是智能，環境也很好，樓下就是萬彩購物中心，出門吃飯或帶小朋友遊玩都很方便，有送小童牙刷和拖鞋，很用心的還有水果和零食，下次還會來！
