悦湖金陵酒店在建湖是比較相對比較新的酒店，是在工廠辦公室基礎上改建的，所以全部是新的裝修，房型方方正正，因為在工業區周圍沒有什麼遮擋的，從樓頂看到外面是景觀也還不錯。
酒店的設施還是比較新的，進門就有智能助理，可以自動操縱窗簾燈空調等，效果也還不錯，比較方便，空調製冷制熱也都比較快比較舒適。
房間裏有2米大床啊，還是比較舒適的浴室的馬桶也是感應式的，衹要走到馬桶這裏，他就會自動感應打開蓋子，等到用完他又會自動的沖水，還可選擇清洗，在建湖是比較先進的。
現在冰箱裏會送飲料，然後喝的水也是比較有特色，是來源於海水，每間房會有四瓶水比較多的。現在還有歡迎水果。我收到的是小番茄和梨，不是蘋果橘子哦。
不得不是提起的是酒店的早餐非常棒，品種還是比較豐富的，水果，酸奶，咖啡，華夫餅，而且比較有特色，像金陵大油條啊，煎餅，這個大油條特別松，是我吃過的最好吃的油條。還有豆腐花也比較好吃，麪檔也可以自己選擇下面，澆頭也蠻多的。而且呢，還有很多素菜，很多酒店蔬菜都比較少，他這邊會每天換着花樣的蔬菜，對素食者友好。讓我通常吃酒店早餐沒有太多選擇的人居然要想想今天吃什麼了。希望能一直持續下去。
總之覺得酒店性價比比較高，而且服務也很好，以後會經常選擇出差到這裏來。

周邊酒店都住過了，還是覺得金陵酒店環境最好！！大廳啊、房間都很不錯，前台小姑娘jing 人就挺好，入住前還打電話問我有什麼需求。一進房間就看到枱子上的果盤，洗完澡再來點水果巴適得板～下面還有免費的飲料水，處處看的出來的用心。要不是時間趕的緊，真想去試試酒店的健身房哈哈…

回建湖探親，這個新酒店沒住過，想試試，絕了。晚上十點多到店，一家三口非常疲憊，前台checkin還行，第一個房間，放了半天還是黃水，然後換一間，房間變小了，衣櫃全是灰，衣架上也是，衣服都臟了，而且那個衣櫃真的很窄，衹能掛一件，裏面木飾面都是劃痕，大門還是壞的，電話機也是壞的。再換第三間，給我換了一個樓層，我説衹要不是黃水，不管怎麼樣就住了，已經摺騰到11點多了。房間智能化還可以，就是。。。一言難盡。。。以後不會再住了
