相當不錯的一個酒店。住宿很舒服，安靜。真正好碰到劍南縣民族中學的同學會，大廳裏聲音比較吵鬧。前台小妹妹在嘈雜的環境下，很耐心的解答我所提出的問題，是一位戴眼鏡的小妹妹。夜班的小妹妹也是很不錯的，幫我解決了很多問題。非常感謝兩位小妹妹。

適合自駕，酒店幽靜，景觀佈置很得體，生態環境比較好，窗外可看到小松鼠，房間設施比較新，床上用品也比較舒服，房間陽台對着河，坐陽台上看書，觀景感覺也很好。

前幾年來劍河時，來華潤希望小鎮這玩過，見過這酒店，但沒住進去，這次帶孩子來温泉玩，就是看中這酒店相對寧靜、緊靠江邊才定的。
離温泉景區比景區那三個酒店遠，需要駕車前往温泉景區，但換來了環境相對舒適寧靜。酒店有自己的露天停車場，遊客不多的話，車位多，停車方便。
訂的江景親子大床房，房間有兩間，大床在主卧，小童床在隔壁相當於客廳的一個房間，兩個房間想通，每個房間都有個陽台，可以晾曬，觀賞江景，遺憾的是江對岸尚未開發，就是一條沒有路燈的馬路，夜晚看不見什麼景色。
酒店入住率感覺不高，遊客稀少，前台小姐姐也不是太熱情，早餐種類稀少，只有粉面、包子、燒賣、玉米、紅薯、少許水果和酸奶！
房間衞生情況一般，地毯、角落還有不少頭髮。
房間設施完善，電視冰箱，大人、小童讀物也很多！
訂的送2份早餐+温泉2份成人門票（包含水上樂園）
總體來説，價格偏貴點點，還算滿意！

酒店設施及周邊環境超出預期，可能是前幾天對貴州酒店及服務標準的不好體驗，對該酒店有上了些特別的好感，酒店價格及配套的温泉和遊船票讓人感覺超值…，早餐不算豐富，但健康營養搭配還是做到了的，服務沒給滿分，是因為跟其他省市的比較，特別是沿海、華東的比較，感覺整個貴州的服務意識和水平都偏低…

房間衞生和環境很好。此次入住訂了兩個房間，一個房間電視不能聯網 一個房間電視衹能持續15分鐘左右自動跳到首頁又要重來。門卡老消磁。房間沒人住的時候也需要定時通風的。

因為意外事件臨時選擇的停留地，沒想到劍河縣的環境以及基礎建設這麼好。酒店就在清水江邊、仰阿莎廣場旁的小山坡上，環境非常好。可能因為淡季人少吧所以沒有吃到很豐富的早餐，可以理解，不過因為水不夠拿多2小支瓶裝水居然要收費，讓人有點意外。如此好的硬件設施，還是希望酒店及當地政府能好好利用起來，吸引更多的遊客。（江對面的90漁村的酸湯魚、醃酸肉，還有隔壁的柚子都很好吃哦！）
