環境不錯，這點是可以肯定的！
但是，有幾點我確實非常不滿意:
1.我們當天到得晚，接近晚上12點，洗澡的時候，前面10幾分鐘正常，然後熱水就沒水了衹有冷水，這才剛洗了一半，當晚又冷還有小孩沒辦法挑戰冷水吧，衹能自己燒水趕緊把沒洗的沖了，等了20分鐘熱水有了，然後換個人去洗，結果幾分鐘熱水又沒了，極度無語，最後澡也沒洗直接睡了。
2.早上一羣人進到院子裏來參觀打卡照相，還有個阿姨直接把門打開，這都還住了人，感覺是被人再參觀，毫無私隱。
3.攜程留的商家電話打不通，前台離得遠，房卡打不開門找不到人，熱水沒有找不到人，早餐在哪吃找不到人問，這服務真的無語！

整個山莊非常大，環境很好，住宿這個獨棟別墅環境很不錯。在樹林裏 還有好多蘑菇，而且還可以吃的那種

服務真的是差勁到了極點，蚊子多也就算了，前台服務員直接找不到人，訂房間的時候不説清楚要停電維修，我們帶小朋友來旅遊，想着麻煩不換酒店了，第二天早上就出門了，下午四點才打電話通知不讓續住，讓我們回去收拾東西，到時我們在外面玩 路太遠回不去，沒辦法又重新網上訂了酒店，結果晚上11點回去收拾行李，被電工告知前台服務員是為了回家所以通知我們要停電維修，這樣的服務員酒店不倒閉才怪🤣

環境很好，服務也好，就是設施陳舊，馬桶下水不好，幾個房間的馬桶都堵塞了，其他都還挺好。停車場很方便，早餐還好。
