環境優美，興隆橋就在店前不遠，走到景區也就七八分鐘。周圍有各種瓜果蔬菜，方便採擷。衞生到位，前一波客人走了後店家就馬上開始更換和洗曬床上用品。讓人十分放心。店老闆是個高大帥氣的小夥子，服務熱情周到，情商極高，説話到位而講究。能想顧客所未想。非常推薦作為休閑度假之選。

值得推薦。民宿靠近景點【壽隆橋】，沿山邊可以散步到古村落，遠離塵囂，晚上很安靜。店家提供餐食，魚現撈現做、蔬果新鮮，走的時候還送了些柑子，食材新鮮可口。有機會再來！

雖然是民宿，但是老闆小哥真的很用心在經營，床套被套都是自己洗曬的，乾淨整潔，有太陽曬過的味道，小哥很熱情，當晚我們吃了一衹燉雞，味道很好，有雞味，收費也很合理，來上甘棠玩的選擇住這裏真的沒錯。

自然安靜貼近大自然的民宿，乾淨衞生，可以撈蝦撈魚，就在老橋邊，親近大自然，老闆熱情，有求必應，吃的都是原生態，青菜特別好吃，清甜無渣，吃飯也便宜，早餐也好吃，院裏有魚塘菜田還有果蔬隨便摘，還有用的是打穿巖石的地下泉水，泡茶一流，去古城延小溪走五分鐘就到，晚上還有螢火蟲和星空，特好！停車估計也衹能停個7-8台，房間也七個，二樓4間，三樓3間，下次再來！

優哉遊哉地在這裏住了兩晚，身心舒暢。民宿位於壽隆古橋旁，周邊田園景色古橋流水，老闆一家人親切和氣，雞鴨魚菜由自家供應，房間明亮乾淨。
説説民宿的位置，導航定位永州壽隆橋客棧，經過上甘棠村牌坊入村後要開一段田間小路，不要懷疑，跟着導航指引走就對了。開車進去時暗暗嘀咕着如果要按這條路走去古村遊玩距離有點遠，但是，原來步行另有蹊徑。一條青石板路，衹需走幾百米，一步一景地就到了上甘棠古村，真是驚喜。選擇了這家民宿，給自己點個贊！
