就挺一般的吧，設施能看出來比較早的裝修還不錯，不過感覺服務啥的就比較冷漠了，如果在附近有事情住一晚上還可以吧

硬件設施可以，就是服務一般，工作人員態度好，但是不主動，晚上9點到店，大堂幾乎全黑，沒有迎賓，差點以為不開門營業，裝修還不錯，就是感覺沒有維護的樣子，房間可能入住率不高，房間灰灰的感覺，一次性用具上還有頭髮，早上離店時下雨，走到外面停車點還有點距離，也沒人給個傘，就目送冒雨沖出去了

和五年前入住三房巷金陵相比，明顯感覺到酒店質量下降，大堂白天晚上都衹開三分之一的燈，看起來陰森森。早餐質量也下降，衹有一個服務員，人手不夠，好幾個菜空盤也沒有補菜。
