Hotel cleanliness was good and also big, but there wasn't any facilities just 2 bottles of water, I had a problem with pillows not comfortable for me. When the air conditioner turned off the bad smell was spreading in the room The quality of the slippers was also very low, it is not at the level of a 5-star hotel at all.The breakfast was also normal and not at the level of a 5-star hotel.My room was on the 3rd floor and the view was awful.

Visiting Jiangyin, the city I once called home. The hotel is pretty great, and time be honest quite price friendly. The breakfast is hand down one of the best ever with its variety. Very Close to Phoenix park, and my beloved Bridge Coffee

Slow check-in and poor English spoken at the reception.
I ordered à la carte, it took almost 45 minutes to get a Filet Mignon and order a bottle of wine was almost impossible. The Filet was good

The hotel entrance has been newly renovated, very nice! Thank you Ms. Rebecca at the front desk for her thoughtful service. There are many fruit trees in the back garden.
Facilities: Complete
Sanitation: Clean and tidy
