管理人員對與突發事件的處理能力沒有，空調漏水房客摔跤了，他們不是第一時間處理，而是推來推去，説第二天來處理。最後來個老闆的親戚還算可以，把傷者送去醫院。服務員還會趁你吃早飯的空擋，不經過房客允許進入客房內拿東西，對於他們的管理和服務態度充其量也就是個小旅館，對不起這個價格。

剛入住就發現衞生間馬桶上全是污垢，出門吃飯時，跟前台講了讓打掃一下，出去三小時回來都沒有打掃，還是原來的樣子，這樣的情況根本不是星級酒店應該出現的，影響出行心情，勸大家謹慎入住。
