房間很大，蠻好的，設施齊全，作為老房子，一開始還擔心洗澡水小，後來一看發現洗澡水很大，洗澡超級舒服。酒店在古鎮中心，很方便，對面就是飯店。就是房間有點潮，二樓仙陽房間牆壁有點臟，可以重新弄一弄，別的都非常滿意🙂

民宿在姜遇鴻的老宅，中規中矩，去歸也想廿咖啡館可以看到鎮上的連綿屋頂至遠山，很美。酒店的餐廳復古八十年代的場景，播放着八十年代的流行音樂，吃着早餐，回憶過去，很温暖。

民宿位置蠻好，但是這個衞生和維護程度賣這個價格實在不合理，三星級都夠不上
首先預訂了沒有管家聯繫，到古鎮門口電話了十幾分鐘沒人接，服務質量很不行
到房間一股黴味，衞生間房間地上有水漬，地毯臟兮兮翹起來每次都被絆倒
然後就是隔音差的要死，可以説是一點隔音都沒有，我們房間在餐廳邊上，一大早就被吵醒
整個古鎮十分鐘就走完了，也沒什麼好吃的，可以不必來

古鎮上最好的民宿，房間乾淨衞生，裝修也挺新，身處鬧市卻很安靜，公共區域也很大，早餐品種不多，但也滿足基本需要，服務也很好，因節假日，停車位置有點遠，入住和退房均安排電瓶車接送。

如果你想來體驗夜半雞叫，狗叫，鴨叫的房間歡迎入住，原本預訂的是親子房，結果辦理完入住房間沒有電，半天無法搞定，提議給我們換房間，換了房間之後就開啟了我們噩夢一樣的一個晚上，11點多開始房間的窗户外就開始有狗一直叫，忍了，結果凌晨一點窗外的公雞開始打鳴，聲音大到就像在耳邊，這之後這衹公雞保持了每15-20分鐘一輪打鳴，每輪2-3分鐘，一直持續到凌晨5點半，這時新加入了大鵝，此起彼伏一直到7點，我們一夜無眠，感覺就睡在雞圈裡，此生難忘的糟糕體驗，早上才發現原來房間的窗户我外就是🐔和鴨的家，而且聽打掃衞生的阿姨説之前住過的客人就投訴過，但依然沒能阻擋老闆要繼續給別的客人住的決心。第二天管家也衹是輕描淡寫的表示抱歉，給我們換了另外的房間，然後小朋友衹能行軍床湊合了一夜。 想説我從未給過酒店差評，一般的問題都可以忍，但這家民宿真的離譜，明知有問題的房間也會安排給客户，而且窗户外就是別人家的雞鴨棲息之所，除了噪音，有否考慮過衞生問題？？ 酒店房間這樣設計是否安全合理？

期望越高，失望越高。民宿硬件沒問題，軟件服務實在差勁。
服務：帶進酒店後服務為0。1.前台售賣手工文創，問了一個布藝手袋的價格，問幾次都沒回應，讓看價簽結果沒有價簽，然後張口就報價200多。解釋説是別人寄賣的，手忙腳亂拿出一個本子説哦是128塊。2.管家加了微信，衹轉發了幾條訊息就是全部的服務了。第一條訊息説是可以提供古鎮出入證明，沒主動給，也沒提示説憑票出入古鎮、憑票進入景點，導致幾次碰壁（後來才知道相當於民宿承擔了80一張的門票，入院憑證就是一張“三聯單”，那麼是不是可以理解為，憑證就是“發票”，住户不主動要門票，民宿就能省錢了？）；第二條訊息是賠付訊息，民宿內弄壞什麼需要賠多少錢，這種不談服務先談賠付，相當於還沒相親就談財產分割，體驗差；第三條訊息是早餐，體驗更差，後面會專門講；第五條訊息是古鎮的表演，內容多少好壞雖與民宿無關，但是不能拍一張正面的清晰照片？態度敷衍。
餐食：早餐體驗最差的民宿，沒有之一。清湯寡水，選擇極少，沒有服務。
環境：硬件沒問題，畢竟是首富的宅子，定的這個户型窗外的小景讓人驚艷，隔音差尚且能忍。但是，晚上跑出來兩個大蜘蛛是什麼意思？是壓根就沒打掃過房間？強忍住恐懼早餐後（早餐也是鬧心）就退了房，一路心有餘悸。
此外，還正好趕上停電，第二天早上八點左右才恢復供電，37度的天氣，停電的感覺很酸爽。這個和民宿本身沒關係，搶修人員也很辛苦，衹是景區能力撐不起野心的話，會讓大家都很痛苦。
