設施非常新 ，衞生做的不錯，房間設計合理，親子房有兩個門可以進入廁所，不會互相打擾，這點設計真的點贊！ 大露台也是很優秀了，春秋天應該很舒服， 雙床榻榻米也是非常適合睡覺不安分的小朋友，服務非常好，需求能及時解決。 樓下的公共區域可以看書看電視，也可以辦公上網課。 廚房做菜不錯，兩天都是在這裏解決。還有就是民宿離高速口很近，到江郎山或者廿八都都是自駕十幾二十分鐘左右，還是比較方便的。總之，很不錯，還會再來

房間全屋智能設施，可以通過語音控制燈光，窗簾，電視，空調非常不錯，室外大泳池，小孩子玩的非常開心，民宿離廿八都和仙霞關景點都很近，開車十幾分鍾，還找到一個稻田拍照超出片的地方，下次推薦朋友來住

房間與網上圖片別無二致，裝修風格跟名字一樣簡約得體，衞生狀況沒得説，乾淨，讓人入住無比放心，小孩要游泳管家貼心給了游泳圈，樓下還有超大書吧，影吧KTV, 非常適合親子遊玩，下次在來遊玩，還住這家民宿

我跟我朋友來玩的蠻不錯的設施都很新，前台態度也很好，我們去江郎山玩開車十五分鐘就到了，還能燒烤挺不錯的，我還帶着寵物這邊也是同意的，老闆娘人很好給我們送水果，服務態度對的起價格下次還來

國慶假期出行來江山市的江郎山和周邊景點遊玩。預訂了花築奢.楦景歌親子度假民宿。環境確實非常好，交通也很便利，下高速就到民宿了。去江郎山、廿八都古鎮和清漾毛氏村都是十幾分鐘的路程。民宿有一個網紅游泳池。國慶期間 天氣特別的熱！晚上回民宿還遊了一個泳，非常舒服！泡在涼涼的泳池裡，頭頂是皎潔的月亮，太美了！民宿是今年剛剛開張的，有些硬件設施還需要進一步改進，比如洗浴間的玻璃能否考慮改進為毛玻璃，提升私祕性；另外民宿的整體環境較好，樹木茂盛，是否能考慮房間內外提升防蚊蟲措施。總之，這次出行選擇這家民宿，讓我們覺得體驗感不錯！下次來江山還會選擇住這裏。

新開業的民宿，乾淨整潔，設計感十足，處處彰顯品質。建築風格獨特，室內裝潢精緻，讓人眼前一亮。泳池水質清澈，周圍環境靜謐，是放鬆的好去處。還有孔雀、羊駝和魚，小朋友超喜歡，玩得不亦樂乎。老闆熱情周到，服務貼心，讓人感覺賓至如歸。整體體驗非常好，推薦！

新開的民宿，設施挺好的，房間的設施不錯，沒有什麼蟲子，安靜舒適，第一次來衢州，住的挺好，浴缸沒時間用，看着也蠻不錯，酒店有看電影和K歌的，還有游泳池，還可以洗衣服，有曬衣房，很快就幹了。
