還不錯，服務熱情，離高鐵站打滴滴過去八九塊錢，有機器人服務，外賣什麼的也很保護私隱，崽崽喜歡，房間內的小愛小愛智能聲控，但有時候會反應慢，房間熱水水流挺好，早餐也還可以，樓下就是社區，有個廣場，晚上有跳廣場舞的，多少有點噪音，但不會太晚，我們習慣晚睡，不影響，睡眠質量要求高點的可以換另外一邊的房間，整體不錯。可以選擇。

非常公允的説：各方面配套設施包括布草洗漱用品茶葉飲用水都不錯，這個價位的酒店已經非常棒了。不足之處有兩點：1.服務理念不到位，早晨6點40分門外異響，估計是哪間房門沒關好，報警聲音異常尖鋭刺耳，打了前台好幾次電話，答應的好好的馬上處理，直到我7點50分出門吃早飯也沒有解除噪音干擾，嚴重影響我的睡眠和後續行程計劃。這種情況在別的酒店也遇到過，差不多5-10分鐘就處理完畢了，我非常理解一大早人手不夠，但是持續這麼長時間沒有解決問題屬實罕見，暴露出服務和管理的諸多問題。2.淋浴房鋪了所謂的防滑石材，但是並不防滑，也有可能是長期浴室內部清潔不到位，有洗護用品的殘留，導致異常濕滑，實在沒辦法，把地巾鋪到了淋浴房內，避免出現不必要的滑倒摔傷。衞生間衞生除了每日正常退房清潔外，定期深度清潔打掃衞生死角非常重要，希望酒店能夠引起重視。在江山市能住到這種性價比和設施的酒店也是很開心的。衹是由衷的希望提升一下客户服務意識，讓客户有更加滿意的住宿體驗。

這個價位超出預期太多了，目前是我住過的同價位酒店天花板！一開始找不到酒店是因為它跟星程酒店一個前台，後來打電話前台人員還出來接了。
一進房間，旁邊就是洗手池，還有洗手液（這細節可太好了）智能聲控燈，還可以喊小愛開窗簾...
設施齊全，房間乾淨整潔，外賣是智能機器人送到房間門口.....最後退房，耳機忘房間了，前台小姐姐還打電話通知，大讚！下次有機會還住這
