民宿房間、大堂都很乾凈。
房東婦夫很熱情，上午來電問大概到店時間並提出到路口去接（門前大路正在做地下水管施工）。下午到達後，房東婦夫引導在停車場停好車（免費），並幫忙把行李送到房間。
早餐很可口。
景區門票：4月1號開始恢復收費。景區門口的售票訊息與攜程不完全相同。
進景區：下午4點半（最晚5點）後，不用買票就可以自由進出了。早上8點前進去也不用票。
在景區裏飯店吃飯，要小心一些，別被什麼口頭講的優惠或打折忽悠。

這次來廿八都遊玩正巧碰到預訂的民宿門前修路，本已打算取消預訂，但被老闆娘的真誠熱情打動留了下來。房間不大，佈置的蠻温馨，每層樓還有一個公共區域可供大家喝茶聊天，房間衞生不錯，該有的都有，早餐提供米粥雞蛋還有老闆娘做的當地特色美食，老闆娘推薦的潯裏酒家飯菜也不錯

民宿的房間很乾凈，外面還有一個公用的客廳，因為就我們一家住，所以也是我們在用，一下子感覺賺到了。民宿提供的早餐都是老闆夫妻早晨現做的，而且還是自己種的菜非常新鮮，味道非常好。老闆夫妻人也特別好，感覺賓至如歸。
