To go to the restaurants near Hot Spring Valley, the hotel needs to arrange a battery car. Service: Since this trip was for my niece’s birthday, I asked the hotel if they could arrange birthday decorations in the room when booking, but there was no reply after a whole month of text messages. I went to the information desk again on the day of check-in, but they didn't seem to hear me, didn't reply, and didn't refuse... In this regard, the hotel's service is lacking! Although the occupancy rate is high during the Spring Festival, my request was made more than a month ago, not just on the day of check-in. So the hotel is not considerate enough in this regard.

Great hotel. Stay here every time I visit Jiangmen. Reception check in was not great. Found staff to be cold and unfriendly. Check out reception staff on the other hand were acceptable. No teaspoon in the room. Quite surprised. When asked for one, we received cheap plastic stirrer you expect at cheap coffee shops, not a hotel of this nature. Standard has gone down a little. However staff in the Hotel front foyer entrance are very polite and helpful. Reception staff should learn from them. In all a pleasant stay.

It feels like it should be a relatively old luxury hotel in Jiangmen, but the price is very good during the Spring Festival. It is only 50 more expensive than Jinjiang in the central area of Foshan. It is not at the same level. The location itself is also very good, opposite the East Lake Park, and there are new energy charging stations. (there is no charging at the hotel), and the hotel itself has plenty of underground parking spaces. I chose Block A, but the floor I was given was not high. The big bed faced the park, and the standard room faced the back. The room was indeed big and comfortable, and the bathroom also had a bathtub and toiletries. The breakfast buffet is very crowded, maybe there are many people traveling during the Spring Festival, there are many varieties, and there are also baby seats. I feel that Jiangmen can be the first choice for accommodation.

What a pleasant stay at this lovely Hotel. Service was excellent and we were well looked after by the staff especially 小霍 who was polite , welcoming and a great representative of the Hotel. I recommend this hotel to all. It is very clean, rooms are of quality and location is perfect. A quiet area from which you can get anywhere in the City comfortably in a taxi. Mcdonalds and various cool coffee shops walking distance of the hotel. 10/10

Chinese hotels always provide way more value relative to other countries, and this one is no exception. Huge, spacious rooms and showers, along with automated everything. Luxurious for the price, and would be for even a higher price point. At night, walking street is not as lively as other ones, but there are still night market food options nearby. Would 100% stay again if I were in the area.
