首先客服的服務是不錯的，但是我一進門發現桌子的桌子臟得不得了（灰塵、泥土），我老婆自個把桌子樓梯都抹了一遍。其次是衞生間，不知道是不是設計問題，這個是我使用過最最最無厘頭的衞生間。樓梯比較抖，有小孩的不建議入住。隔音也比較差，但是有一説一，那張床睡得還挺舒服的。我兒子下樓梯都要坐着樓梯下😂

公寓算是不错的了，不过进出比较麻烦，上床先上梯，小孩老人比较危险！晚上上廁所也不方便，梯级大，廁所洗澡以后比较滑，滑倒两次！廚房的爐是能观赏不能用！服务员態度很好！电视不能投屏
