是1棟住宅小區樓。大堂有門禁，有保安看着。外邊的風光也不錯，能看到對面的農業生態公園。可以去溜灣跑步。遠望一公里的江門火車站。這個房間就是小一點，進出陽台就沒啥位置走了。附近購物比較多選擇，吃的買的用的都很方便。

在一個小區樓上，這個小區好多民宿，環境稍微有點混亂。離江門站也還是有點遠。去各個景點也不太方便，如果是旅遊，不如住在蓬江區。房間的裝修挺新的，但是窗簾和房間地面很臟，地面彷彿很久沒有清掃了，一進來還有小蟲子跑。安全性還行，服務也還好。這邊吃飯還算方便。

訂的是兩房一廳的複式。總結:旅遊不建議，老闆不講誠信，沒留房間。體驗十分差勁👎🏻如果不是一定要兩房，建議加點錢訂兩個酒店房，或者省錢的話，訂兩個公寓也行。原因:1、不確定因素!！再三確定過有房間，結果辦入住説房間沒有了。（當天在赤坎古鎮玩，考慮自身入住很晚，白天致電公寓確定過有房間的，結果當晚9點辦入住時，對方表示“因為入住太晚，沒房間了”“一共6件複式，最後入住的客人衹有小床的房間”要麼接受小房間，要麼取消訂單。最後無奈接受小房間，退差價。並且中途鬧得很不愉快）2、民宿實際上叫 思橙國際公寓 大家可以多平台參考一下。3、隔音很差。一樓可以聽到走廊走步聲，複式上下樓梯發出的木板聲音也很大。4、以上，房間衞生環境其他都還行

洗衣機排水管漏水，洗完陽台都是濕的。結果穿一次性拖鞋走出陽台摔的找不到東南西北！！腳趾頭都被推拉窗的地軌割掉一小塊肉（2-3mm深，6-7mm長）其它的這邊還是挺好，房間也是這邊公寓裏面比較乾淨的。床墊軟很舒服。

在新會區南湖壹品小區新區內，江門站近，交通方便，隔壁有温地公園，有萬達、美吉特大型購特超市，樓下有小食店，早餐店，咖啡店，食住方便，房間舒適乾淨衞生，服務態度很好。
