We booked this hotel based on the pictures of the lobby hall and the room. But the reality was little bit different.
Firstly we couldn’t find the reception. But after we found out that there is in the building the escalator.
We tried to call hotel but the girls at the reception don’t speak English. Once we found the reception everything went good. Receptionist were supper nice. They gave us non smoking room (in China is allowed to smoke almost everywhere🤢).
Under the hotel is grocery, restaurant, bars.

First of all, thank you to the lady at the front desk for upgrading the room to a large bathtub and spacious space. Check-in and check-out are fast, but I personally don't like the carpet very much, and the projector and internet speed need to be improved. In addition, the hotel is in a good location with shopping malls and restaurants not far away. Overall, it is a good choice.

The room type was not in line with the pictures. After I called to inquire, I was told that the tatami was like this. If I was not satisfied, I could cancel the order. It was raining outside and I was very tired when I checked in. The service was really bad. Later, when I asked to change it to a regular room, they said they would talk to other hotels about tatami. When I went there, they said there were no rooms left and they needed to clean it. I waited for more than half an hour to check in. The service attitude of the hotel next door was quite good.
