位置：距離小鳥天堂比較近（沒多大，不太推薦），距離梁啟超故居相對近（這個去看了，比較推薦）。就在馬路上，而且走30米就到另一條主幹道上
衞生：見圖，枕套有點臟，被單也不太乾淨。
空間：房間比較小，外面還有一層洗漱間。
711房間床頭居然還有一個門，房門是鎖死的（連接另外一個洗衣間）
環境：進去後發現有點吵鬧，及時關上窗户關上小洗漱間的門（民房裝修隔音不好，窗户都很薄）
我：房間有點吵，可以換一間嗎
老闆：關上窗户就不吵了
我：已經關上了
老闆：怎麼可能吵呢
我：確實有聲音啊，有耳塞嗎
老闆：沒有
我：不能換一間？
老闆：單間都在馬路這邊
。。。。
到了凌晨還能聽到下面的汽車聲，偶爾的摩託車聲音。根本睡不好

剛進房間就覺得很乾凈。位置在天祿，離小鳥天堂、梁啟超故居近。門口有很多吃的，往裡走還有學校和商業街可以吃夜宵買水果。

雖然各項指標都不滿分。但是這價位良心價。除了衞生間沒公寓，酒店的斯文。其他都可以接受。關鍵床單斯文。有小陽台晾衣服。方便。公寓酒店沒這些。總體滿意，但是實際情況還是不能全給滿分。

總體來説還是挺不錯的，物有所值，距離面試的地方很近，坐公交車也比方便，樓下旁邊就是一個快餐店；賓館設施相對齊全，有瓶裝水，但是沒有吹風機，可能需要自己向前台要。忘記拍照了，圖片和實物區別不大。
