It says 40 square meters on the Internet. In fact, the room layout has an extra utility room, which adds up to about 30 square meters. It is different from the real picture. The bed is listed as 1.8 meters, but in fact it is only 1.5 meters. I communicated with the front desk and did not help solve the problem.

交通便利，離火車站近，去景區吃飯購物十分便利，房間舒服，帶個小陽台，洗衣機，所以洗漱曬衣服太實用了，前台服務人員也很熱情，入住了兩晚，滿意。並付陽台上拍的夜景

位於南湖壹品，樓下是比較熱鬧的商業區，晚上可能會有些許雜音，其餘問題不大，風景也挺好看的，位置旁有購物中心

離江門東站挺近的，公寓時間比較久，房間衞生有點不太好，可能是前段時間下雨，潮濕的緣故，牆都長黑點了，房間倒是沒有異味，有一個陽台挺不錯的，可以曬衣服，前台小姐姐很熱情

很方便！性價比高，首先樓下就有很多餐廳，便利店這些，吃飯購物都很方便!房間裏就有洗衣機，陽台能晾曬衣物，另外離江門站兩公里左右，非常方便!

實際跟店家和顧客的照片都有比較大差距，比如一進屋很大一股香水味（感覺在掩蓋房間的黴味？）因為牆體很多污漬和黴印而且還有蚊蟲的屍體在牆上…感覺跟賓館衞生條件差不多…唯一好的就是陽台風景、離江門站近、樓下有便利店和吃的、離大商場不遠
