江門很美好，温泉很舒服！但不要因為它“酒店”兩字而抱有期待，所謂親子房也僅僅是床鋪、茶杯換上了卡通人物系列，牆上貼了些許卡通圖貼而已。有多配的小童漱口杯卻沒有配套的小童牙具。酒店接待在隱蔽處，像我們大晚上才預訂的房，要去旁邊話説100米處的皇家SPA酒店前台確認。總之，是目前居住過民宿、酒店（非星級）中，印象最不好的。純粹是日租拎包入住的出租房吧，然而大部分出租房的裝修可能也比它要舒適一些。（最後，我好像遺漏一條黑色裙子，但並沒有獲得“酒店”的主動聯繫以及我打電話過去也沒接應），以上種種，你就可以預想入住後的服務獲得感了。再也不住！

前台服務態度超級差，本來一起預訂兩間房間，到前台要求一排或者同一層硬生生的分開了3跟7層還説預訂的酒店是分開訂的，明明是一起同時訂兩間客房的，態度很差肥肥的那個前台

酒店環境很好，房間設施齊全，乾淨整潔，♨️水很清澈，泡完皮膚滑滑的，很舒服，沙灘水樂園小朋友很愛玩，早餐味道挺好的，很不錯，家裡人很喜歡，挺不錯的一次出行，性價比很高。

酒店位置很好，在古兜温泉小鎮裏面，離温泉谷很近，前台服務很熱情！停車免費，酒店環境挺好！房間衞生和早餐還算滿意。温泉♨️水質很好，很乾凈。

前台比較熱情，介紹也很詳細。訂的套餐，送玻璃棧道門票，纜車票自己買（平時60元/人，週末70/人），山上視野挺好的，風很舒服。
酒店內設施中規中矩，房間比較乾淨。
酒店位置還不錯，離温泉很近，步行2－3分鐘。離纜車、玻璃棧道也不遠，步行5分鐘。
樓下就有早餐、宵夜。正餐可以到温泉小鎮門口對面的大排檔吃，離酒店大概1公里。
温泉小鎮裏比較安靜，喜歡慢節奏、安靜的可以去小住一兩天。
另外給去泡温泉的朋友一個建議:帶手機防水袋跟保温杯。温泉館裏提供熱水熱茶，但是隻有一次性小杯子，自帶保温杯能裝大杯熱茶，選個合適的温泉池坐下慢慢刷手機。

酒店環境不錯，房間大，日用物品齊全，服務員態度熱情，性價比很高，很好的一次住宿體驗！温泉池水質好，沒有雜質，泡完整個人精神了不少。

，池子很多，房間設施裏面很齊全，然後前台服務熱情，周圍空氣很不錯。

房間最好的地方是有個大陽台，可以晾衣服。陽台遠處對着大山，風景還挺好的。管家雖然一直一直在忙，但是推薦的外面的飯店還是比較好吃的。
不足的地方就是洗手間氣味太大了，通風系統不太行，特別是晚上七八點洗澡時間，洗手間根本沒法開門，不然整個房間都瀰漫著一股味。前台在升級改造，要跑到旁邊酒店前台辦入住，但態度還不錯。隔音比較差，睡著了都被吵醒了很多次。隔段時間樓上就有一聲悶響，一樓的食肆也會吵到很晚。早餐最成功的竟然是水煮蛋和烤腸。
衹能説一分價格一分貨吧，畢竟包含了古兜温泉票和沙灘票，還有兩份早餐。不能要求太高。
