It is an apartment-type hotel. Sisi chose this location because it is really a rare and beautiful property in the center of Jiangmen City, with Wanda in front and Huiyuecheng behind. Of course, it is located in the best location in the center of Jiangmen CBD, which has a good geographical advantage, but it also comes with high rental costs. Therefore, the weekday room rates of all rooms here are 200+. In addition, Sisi still wants to say that the room rate of 317 yuan is because you happened to come during the May Day holiday, so the surrounding housing prices have to be adjusted according to market conditions. The housing prices are generally around 300-500. If it is on weekdays, your room type is about 200 yuan. Regarding the air conditioning issue you mentioned, Sisi has not received your feedback. The air conditioners in the room are all three-horsepower, and the operating power will be larger than that of home use, and it will be cooler. Sisi sincerely apologizes to you here.
