一年前其實住過一次，當時覺得貴了，但是我忘了，這次又訂了…我訂的還是投影房，一開始給我的是沒有投影的房間，辦理入住的時候前台也沒有説明，我打電話問才説給我的房間是沒有投影的，我要求換成我訂的投影房，到前台也沒有道歉，直接給我換了房間，投影遙控器按鍵不靈敏，衞生間就一個小燈光線偏暗…櫥櫃裏面有別的客人點的外賣垃圾沒有清理，桌面還是有些灰塵的…房間的隔音不好，外面有動靜裏面聽的清清楚楚…到退房的時間點，前台沒有人，等了五六分鐘，這個比較無語…反正下次大概率應該是不會住了

酒店位置好，在繁榮商圈，購物吃飯都十分方便。房間乾淨衞生，設計温馨，很舒適。前台小姐姐服務態度很好很nice。總體入住體驗很好，值得推薦，下次再來！

今次是第一次住，酒店將住宅式酒店，交通尚算方便但門口停車比較麻煩酒店嘅出入口不是太方便因為要在大廈後邊出入前面嘅出入口扶手梯早上是不開的。吃早餐可以行過對面匯悅城吃就過一條馬路但如果帶着老人家行動不便的就不是太方便了。但酒店附近是非常方便的就像一個發射站去邊度比較方便叫車也比較方便不錯的選擇酒店房間很大有兩層兩張超大嘅大床。小朋友非常開心。

房間衞生乾淨，出行方便。酒店樓下就是商圈且很繁華，娛樂場所（酒吧）等均有。建議在房間投屏設備操作上需要一本操作指南手冊，不然有些住客基本不知道如何操作收看電視直播新聞。
