設施：酒店設施設備齊全前台有免費自助咖啡機，也有公區一樓也有多功能滾筒洗衣機，雖然説房間靠近馬路，但是酒店陪配備了雙層得隔音窗，一點都聽不到外面的噪音，這個很不錯！
衞生：房間衞生很乾凈，整體都很滿意，床品也好睡的也舒服，客房阿姨每天都會打掃衞生。
環境：酒店的環境還不錯，走進去就有一股撲面而來的香味應該是有香薰味道好聞，酒店的樓頂有一個空中花園可以看城景。
服務：前台的小姐姐服務也很熱情，很耐心的講解周邊一些遊玩的項目，辦理入住也快幾分鐘就搞定了！

因為工作出差地點選擇這個酒店，距離新會站比較近。但是房間裏通風差，具有很濃的一股煙味，住了一晚全身包括衣服都有煙味，很難聞！

酒店還不錯，陳設佈局比較舒服，還是蠻有格調的。前台的引導服務做的也可以，晚上住宿環境蠻安靜的，酒店前台有自助星巴克咖啡，味道不錯，早上起來喝一杯蠻精神。

酒店服務員有禮貌，今次同屋企人一齊入住分別係大床房同埋三人房。
兩點後可以check in，兩點前退房。
清潔呀姨每日都會簡單清理房內垃圾，因應環保，冇特別要求就唔會執房，我覺得都合理。
落樓行5-10分鐘就到步行街，購物或者食飯都好方便。
