The reception staff is helpful and polite. The room is tidy and clean. However, the air-conditioner is not function well and it making noise in mid night. It disturbed the sleeping.
the reception staff helped to change room to next door on next day. it made it easier to move the luggage to next door. the staff is prompt to solve the problem.

酒店大堂環境很大美麗，房間安排不錯，床和枕頭舒適，有WIFI，睡眠和沐浴體驗很好房間配套設施也很齊全。周邊環境挺好，位置地段繁華，附近有萬達廣場，景點也挺多的，農莊，吃飯的地方很多，值得推薦！

一家人五一出遊，預訂2間房，服務nice，酒店大堂環境很美麗，房間安排相鄰，安靜乾淨,睡得挺好，床和枕頭舒適，WIFI都算快，周邊環境挺好，位置地段很好，交通也很發達便利，停車住客掃碼是免費的。酒店配套很完善有健身房，中西餐廳，西餐廳環境不錯，早餐品種多樣，味道好。整體滿意的，下次還會再來！

趁着五一假期尾巴預訂碧桂園鳳凰酒店，錯峯出遊哈哈。看到網上評論很好就預訂了，預訂的自助晚餐套票。首先入住的時候前台服務員幫我們升級了房間，房間很不錯，可以看到對面陳少白公園，綠化很好，房間佈局也很不錯，配套也不陳舊，設施設備還可以的，問了服務員説是商務風格，還不錯的。自助晚餐一家人吃的也很開心，有海鮮，有西式糕點、有扒類等等，琳琅滿目。整體很滿意，退房有禮品送，退房後就返程，旅途愉快！
