I booked two rooms. One of the rooms on the 7th floor should have an outdoor air conditioner, but it was too loud. The front desk only said that there was a loud car in the room facing the street, but did not explain that it was the sound of the machine, which was a bit deliberately concealed. Another room on the 7th floor cannot be opened by swiping a card. The front desk needs to use a key to open the door every time. The toilet sliding door is not fixed on the track and there is a risk of falling. I changed the room the next day and it was normal.
