方便的位置，附近是五邑商城，衣食住行非常方便。加上一樓是酒樓，下雨也不用擔心要帶雨傘找吃的，租金非常實為，公務出差首選。

酒店是在ktv樓上，能看出是很老的酒店。不過進電梯要刷卡，還是安全一點。服務態度一般，入住的時候遇到故障，等好了好久才辦好入住。當時辦理入住的時候正好碰到旁邊有人説他們的浴缸房浴缸用不了的。。我們入住的時候沒想到給我們安排的是靠近樓梯的房間，一點都不隔音，每次有人經過都好吵。房間是高層，窗户沒法打開，空氣很難流通。最討厭的一點就是，應該是因為廁所衞生不好，蚊子特別特別多！晚上沒關廁所門，那些蚊子就出來，真是徹夜難眠！

優點就在市中心，有停車場，離狂飆打卡點就幾百米。床舒服。不足，一是不管走廊還是房間，全部窗封死沒有任何一個可以透氣的地方，非常悶。二是五樓ktv，特惠房可以感受到地板和床和桌子都在震，及沒有隔音的嗨歌。三這樣的商業混雜的樓，加上沒有任何一個能開的窗，安全隱患極大。四是如此密閉的環境，意外的是蚊子很多，買了蚊香才睡得着。五是加了幾十塊升級到了豪華間，結果和原來的房間佈置和配置一模一樣，就是安靜。

特惠6樓，5樓KTV，很多東西都收費，熱水器壞的情況下還讓客人入住，我去問前台，前台那個男的質問我，白天入住怎麼不説，我説我白天一下午都在外面，晚上回來才發現。他説晚上沒有師傅上門修，讓我把廁所門關一下就不會影響我睡覺。
睡到後半夜，特別多蚊子咬我，我就開空調睡了，早上起來就流鼻涕了。
位置顯眼，交通便利，有電梯，房間空氣不太好聞，線下按金200，13:50之前退房。
