公寓環境還算可以，寢具條件乾淨，樓下餐廳不少就餐方便，衹是周圍公交站點少，以公交方式出行的感覺有些不便。

小區有停車位18封頂衞生一般網絡也不行説是下雨也不知道是不是阿姨工資沒到位反正一眼看到的也沒清理可怕加強管理整改一下吧床上有點潮不過因為最近雨季也能理解開了空調就好了開車還是挺方便的旁邊就是梅江市場有早餐檔梅江陳皮挺有名的這個季節有荔枝賣很新鮮其他好吃的就要開車去其他區了
