The reason why I picked this hotel is because of the location that is right at the center of Jiangmen. Parks, museums, mall surrounding this place as well ad tons of great attractions and restaurants.
Great grand reception and 5 star services and smile from all fellows among the hotel. Lovel!y
Nice indoor swimming, but PLEASE a warmer water would be much more family friendly. Thank you.
Free underground parking with direct path and lift to the lobby, perfect.

Booked 3 nights at this hotel with breakfast and it well worth. Clean and spacious room & good facilities. Its also convenient with a shopping mall right next door! The buffet breakfast comes with a good selection & the restaurant staff provided very good services. They even helped us to heat up the food that we bought from outside & are very attentive to our needs.

The air conditioning for the whole floor was switched off from the main control.
And despite repeated requests and reminders; it was not switched on.
Had to sleep all night without air conditioning..!!
Got excuses like;
1) There are elderly people in hotel so we cannot switch on the AC.
2) If you feel hot; we can give you a fan to keep in the room.
3) And Lastly; one guy from reception said that the temperature is normal there is No need for AC.
The whole ordeal started around 9 PM when I got in the room. And kept on going till midnight. And a little after midnight I was offered to change my room. Which was already too late so I politely refused.
It’s crazy how the issue was handled.
