服務真的很周到，不是那種假客氣。剛到門口，服務員就小跑着過來幫忙拿行李，不是站那兒光説“歡迎光臨”。坐電瓶車去房間，開車的師傅還樂呵呵地給我們指路，介紹有啥好玩的。服務員小姐姐當著我們麪再次清洗温泉池再放水，關了燈看星空特別有感覺，但是玻璃頂可能需要清潔一下了。早餐是直接送到房間的，省得我們跑，這點很貼心。感覺服務員都挺實在的，有啥事反應都很快，讓人很省心。 房間設施確實夠新、夠好用！每間房自己帶個温泉池子，水很乾凈，泡着解乏。智能馬桶、屋裡燈啊空調啊都能調，很方便。公區環境也好，竹林子裏走走，空氣清新，玻璃橋那邊風景不錯，朋友幾個拍了好多照片。 我們幾個朋友一致覺得這趟住得值，服務到位不煩心，設施新用着順手，環境也清靜，泡湯發呆聊天都合適。下次想放鬆了，估計還會約着再來。

服務可以，隨叫隨到的接送車去温泉吃飯沙灘都可以，有求必應，房間包含的晚餐換算成金額去到老闆娘自己開的酒樓吃飯，味道不錯，黃鱔飯和芙蓉羹加分，早餐送到房間裏品種不多，吃得飽就行。 整個住宿區環境很好，竹林幽靜，空氣清新，房間衞生還行，床單有小個別污漬不明顯，衞生間味道有點大，電視經常沒信號找人來看過過會兒又不行了，也懶得弄了，房間的泡池是要提前叫人放水的，比較燙，不過聽着蟲鳴緩緩泡着還是挺舒服的，比起古兜温泉還是要安靜巴適一些，後面晚上有一間房的熱水器壞了，雖然給換到隔壁房洗澡不過體驗還是不太好，設備還是要檢查維護好不要因為這個丟了分

竹林環境不錯，休閑減壓好去處。衞生乾淨，智能馬桶挺好。沖壺茶在院子裏可坐一天了。温泉水開關設室內會好一點。有紗窗會好點，開窗，關紗窗通風會更好。暫不見蚊子。夜裡在院子裏涼風很清爽。總體還行。

環境清幽，足不出户就可以泡温泉，洗去一身疲乏，舒服！離纜車和玻璃橋都很近，去遊玩方便，可惜去晚了，沒趕上。 早餐按預訂的時間送到房間，很方便。
