What a terrible stay. There are no other facilities around the hotel, only a restaurant and a children's playground. The children's playground is very hot. If you leave a fan under the iron sheet for a long time, you will suffer from heatstroke. The slide is not slippery, so you have to use your feet to help. The waves in the wave pool are gray. As for Xishui District, the water quality is not good and very dirty. The entire play area is suitable for children aged 3-10 years old. There was a strong smell of cigarette smoke in the hotel room, and the phone was broken. I couldn't contact the service desk, so I had to rely on WeChat. There was no refrigerator in the room, and there was no ice provided. The wall base is damaged, the air conditioner is leaking, the bathroom door is misplaced, the lamp is broken, and there is no surrounding lamp design, so there are 2 sets of lamps. The location is far away from the city, it is difficult to call a taxi, and the hotel will not help. Wei's customer service attitude is very good.

比比企鵝親子酒店太驚喜了！房間萌趣十足，孩子一進門就尖叫！工作人員熱情專業，有親子樂園非常適合遛娃！酒店還有彩虹泳道，解放爸媽雙手！早餐豐盛，連挑食娃都光盤。下次帶朋友組團來！

對面有樂園，人流很小，所以設施保養欠佳。地方相當偏遠，只得一間酒樓，酒樓值得推介。服務員態度好，不過長時間只得一個服務員。 房間衛生度欠佳，影響整個感覺很不良。兒童上下床，上床少人用，上床沒有清潔。

必須給這家酒店點個大大的贊！位置在江門大道下來，五分鐘就到，對面就是樂園很近。還貼心準備了當地遊玩攻略。房間打掃得一塵不染，隔音效果也很棒，晚上非常安靜。還有彩虹🌈泳道，免費的停車場，開窗户就是見到稻田，現在是春天，稻田還在慢慢生長！期待下次秋天過來可以看金黃色稻田。
