訂的親子房，結果房間裏煙味特別大，上位住客抽的煙都沒打掃走，而且房間裏衞生一言難盡。空調外機噪音超級大，隔音相當於0，隔壁房間電視機放什麼電視節目都能聽得見，0服務，前台愛理不理的。慎住。。

非常垃圾，服務垃圾，房間垃圾，亂扣費。房間紙都沒有，衹有收費的紙。超時一會直接扣按金。反正就是各種想辦法讓你消費。
房間空調一直都是HS代碼，不工作。
常年住酒店，第一次住這麼垃圾的酒店，還掛着尚客優品的牌子，真丟人

衞生間裏好多女人的頭髮，看到太噁心了，最主要的一點是衞生紙居然還有單獨收費，請問一下你開個店衞生紙都不提供你開什麼店，難道我開個房還要自己備紙嗎？

房間裏有一瓶沒喝完的礦泉水，應該是上一位客人留下來的，每次來江陵都住這裏，價格也不貴，以後衞生要注意點，還有衞生間的頭髮沒有清理乾淨，一大坨在裏面

房間網絡蘋果手機怎麼都連不上，跟前台説，説我密碼輸錯了，**十幾回都是錯的？這個不説，連不了其實無所謂。房間設施一般，洗浴毛巾等用品太陳舊，空調室外機噪音太大，不僅是本房間的，隔壁的其他空調室外機也是，嚴重影響睡眠。先看這家店價格較高，想應該可以的，結果發現性價比很低，周邊比它便宜很多的店都好的多，不推薦。
