我定的是雙床房，屬於標間配置。按照攜程網推薦的四星來的，實際住下來的體驗，感覺肯定是達不到這個標準的，酒店第一非獨棟，含有其他商業KTV等，房間開門進去還是能聞到異味的，我睡覺的枕頭也硬，而其他的三個是軟的，我確認了是枕芯不同，可見沒有在細節上去下功夫。但價格確實親民，春節期間價格不到300還有早餐。

第一眼看到酒店靠近馬路上有兩棵樹正開着嬌嫩的花朵，酒店停車場車位很充足，客房寬敞，睡袍柔軟親膚……，我個人覺得貴店各方面都做得特別好，不管是服務人員的專業態度，還是酒店各種設施，這家酒店就是在大城市作為四星級酒店也是實至名歸，我睡眠不好幾年了，在這家酒店四晚我睡得特別好，空氣好，還特別安靜，比我農村的老家還安靜，酒店大門口紅綠燈對面走過去是中央半島小區，裏面有肯德基和瑞辛咖啡，中國漢堡，還有各種連鎖餐廳和超市，卡拉OK，洗髮洗腳按摩，生活特別方便，而且消費不貴，物價也很美麗，短短几天就喜歡上了江陵的一切人和物，希望有機會再回去小住噢。

正大酒店房間格局比較好，挺正規，別住在低樓層就行，低的樓層有那個噪音，好像是來自KTV的
早餐一般，非常一般，湊合吃一口得了，高樓層別選朝馬路的，除非你不怕吵鬧
客服不錯，衞生也行吧，來這裏性價比還行

房間裏的瓶裝水喝完了，找前台要了兩瓶礦泉水水，結賬時每瓶水收了2元錢，我是從來沒遇到過住酒店要礦泉水還收費的。

早餐品種太少，硬件還湊合，這個酒店這種品牌丟了凱瑞的臉，跟襄陽唐城凱瑞沒法比，特別是前台幾個服務員氣質不行還****，這種服務配縣市及別2百多，真是不值得
